The most prominent feature of reconfigurable analog circuits is its programmability, which can make the circuits be configured according to external input configuration data received to change the layout of the system's internal connections and component parameters to achieve the desired circuit functions. Reconfigurable analog circuit system has several excellent performances such as flexibility, simplicity, easy to upgrade and so on so that it has a wide application prospect in many fields of aerospace, industrial self-Automation, intelligent sensors, robot control etc.This paper describes the basic principle of reconfigurable analog circuits. Researches of two reconfigurable analog array circuits based on different implementation technology, which have different design structures, are made. The main research works of this dissertation can be summarized as follows:(1) A CMOS OTA-based reconfigurable analog array structure was proposed. The circuit structure and parameters of OTA-based reconfigurable analog block, programmable current mirror array, programmable capacitor array and programmable interconnection network are presented, and the design details of parameters in each part are given. In order to assess and verify the effectiveness of the circuits designed, several analog application examples like programmable voltage amplifier, programmable analog filter, D/A converter etc. are reconfigured in a 5×10 array and simulated through PSPICE. In addition, small-scale test circuit of a 2×1 array is fabricated, and the feasibility and effectiveness of designed circuit in practical applications are analyzed through the experimental results.(2) A switched-current based reconfigurable analog array structure was proposed. The reconfigurable analog block and programmable interconnection network was presented combined with the characteristic of switched-current technology, and the design details of parameters in each part are given. Three application examples of a inverted damped amplifier, a bilinear integrator and a third-order Butterworth low-pass filter are realized in a 4×2 array by reconfiguration. Through PSPICE and MATLAB software, the design circuits are simulated separately. Comparing the conclusions of two different ways of simulation, correctivness and effectiveness of the designed circuits are verified.The research of this paper is funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China (60871009) and Aeronautical Science Foundation of China (2009ZD52045)...
