With the development of information technology, the sensor has also been increasingly used. Industry, agriculture, aerospace, military defense, from a variety of complex engineering systems to the basic necessities of life, almost every item can not be separated for a modern types of sensors. Information collection and delivery of information as the main elements of the sensor system of modern information technology has become one of the three pillars. Hall sensor is the world's third sensor products, which is widely applied to industrial, automotive, computers, mobile phones and emerging consumer electronics. In our daily life, Hall sensors are widely used. For example, flip phones or slider is used to detect cell phone cover is open or sliding Hall sensor device; another example, the computer keyboard to achieve the cursor to move the scroll key is formed by the Hall sensor ; Also, in the auto gearbox, electric windows and other parts of the motor also needs a Hall sensor applications. In everyday life we are dealing with the Hall sensor. Next few years, as more and more automotive and industrial design firms to China, the Hall sensor in the Chinese market with annual sales will remain 20% to 30% growth. Hall sensors due to the need by car, motor, mobile phones and computer applications such as market growth in the next few years, more stable, so the Hall sensor in total global market capacity is more stable, the annual growth rate remained at 5% to 10%. Meanwhile, the Hall sensor related technology continues to improve, the Hall sensor will have a better market prospects.Before the chip in the design, through a lot of market research and customer visits to determine the chip SPEC, clear the chip to achieve performance targets. First proposed the electrical parameters of the chip, magnetic properties and product limit parameters, and then build the various parts of the chip block diagram of the system function to determine the main loop.Design mainly includes the following aspects:⑴Magnetic sensor integrated circuits in low-power signal detection structure, using Circuit.Finally, Cadence's Virtuoso layout edit tools Layout Design.The current method of inhibiting the orthogonal magnetic sensor head offset voltage, remove the Hall electric potential;⑵Chopper amplifier signal amplification circuit structure to achieve the effective signal amplification, and further implementation of the offset voltage of the suppression;⑶Through a timing control circuit to measure the sensitivity in the premise of ensuring to achieve low-power chip, the chip also achieved the double pole signal detection.⑷Bias circuit used for the improvement of the circuit has a lower operating voltage.It should be noted is that the chip in the design, the use of Cadence's Virtuoso'sVirtuoso schematic edit tool for Circuit Design, re-use the specture Cadence tools and the overall circuit sub-circuit functional verification, simulation and tolerance analysis parameters do a good job closing Data, sorting out the final Circuit.
