With the rapid development of Internet and mobile Internet maturing, the Internet of Things as a new network was born. For further integration of the Internet of Things and making it better meet the needs of live and work of people, kinds of seamless migration theory and methods about the Internet of Things were studied, and we have proposed and designed seamless migration strategies for three different architectures on the Internet of Things. There is seamless migration strategy under B/S architecture, seamless migration strategy under P2P architecture and seamless migration strategy under C/S architecture. Simply, seamless migration is that the task of migration between different devices without the participation of people or with the less participation of people. In the context of the Internet of Things, Context-Aware devices can act as input devices, the things in the world serving as sources of information. And people need not sit in front of PC for information specifically.In order to ensure efficiency, quality and effectiveness of seamless migration, we carried out relevant studies. Major work is to propose and use some designs. The designs include the design based on migrating small files, the design based on the migration of the key frame of audio and video, the design about QoS based on RTP/RTCP and strategy recoveried from migration failure. And in the process of the design, we achieve the Service Discovery strategy by using the"Push"and"Pull"technology, the use of sensors and other equipments to achieve the concept of Context-Aware. At the same time, the SMIL language acts as the carrier of a composite task consisting of several atomic tasks.Test shows that: seamless migration strategies are effective under the three different architectures, the corresponding several mechanism effectively compensating for the deficiencies of traditional networks and ensuring the continuity, transparency , fast, smooth and correctness of media migration. And the seamless transition diagram based on low-performance is shown by the corresponding WinWap simulator. At the same time, the effect comparison Figures based on data collected from LanLights and Bandwidth Monitor Pro are given. Implementation of the method will better solve the migration of media on the application layer of the Internet of Things, such as the breakpoint migration of audio and video. And, implementation of the method will better serve universal family, E-Learning, E-Office, E-Bussiness and so on.
