The bell-less top BF is the representative form of modem Blast Furnace.And the bell—less top control system is an important part of Blast Furnace control system.With the development of iron industry, various countries are presenting a higher demand on the blast furnace fine operation and they are paying more attention to the upper part adjust means of BF, especially burden distribution.This article originates from blast furnace burden distribution reconstruction project which is one of the twelfth five-year-plan outline for science and technology development of priority start-up projects.Issues draw the essence of smelting reduction of domestic and international mature technologies. But different from the introduction of China's current development of COREX and the FINEX process of South Korea, which means walking on the basis of previous research to integrate innovative technology route. Focuses on distributor universal ring drive model and trajectory algorithm; deducing the rule of radius from the point the burden falling on the burden surface to the center line; selection of fuzzy controller design; using the expertise to develop equipment maintenance cycle method; the differences of mathematical equations between automatic control system and fuzzy control system model; control system implementation plan and etc.By improving the existing BF control systems and process control. Improved utilization of raw materials and reduce the failure rate of existing equipment; improved BF existing level of automation and the yield and quality of the iron before the iron and steel process .Efficient recycling of energy-saving targets to obtain more satisfactory results.
