In the iron and steel dustry enterprise, sinter is the main raw material of the blast furnace producing, the quality level of sinter ore will make direct influence on the energy consumption, quality and production of the ironmaking. Practical production has demonstrated that sintering burden is a rather complicated and significant process in sintering technique, a well sintering burden may lead to a fine quality of sinter ore and a successful operation in blast furnace ironmaking. So, sintering burden is quite significant in our sintering industry.The sintering burden is a complicated technological process,and the mixture humidity of the granulating craft is more significant factor to the quality of sintering burden. Nowadays, the study to the humidity control of the granulating craft of the sintering process is one of interest problem to many sintering plant. Judging by the feature of the granulating craft, according to the characteristic of large time-delay and perturbation parameter of granulating craft, the fuzzy-smith humidity controller is established. Comparing the simulation result of Fuzzy- Smith control and PID-Smith control,this thesis obtain the conclusion that Fuzzy- Smith control is suitable for the granulating craft system.This paper analyse detailedly on the craft condition, controlling requirements and the characteristic of sintering burden process. According to the types select of the satistic mount of I/O of the control system of sintering burden, the thesis configured and select the types of control system hardwares. The automation controlling system of the sintering burden is designed by using developed automotive control technique. By this way, the controlling system achived the real-time monitor of sintering burden process,real-time supervisory of technological process and real-time control of process parameters.
