And how to generate a quickly BOM to meet the client's personalized requirement, how to quote quickly , rapid design, fast manufacturing and quick assembly, these become the most important problem of configuration to order enterprises. In this background, this paper attempts to increased CTO function at the base of yifei ERP.The main content of this paper is research in the mode of various orders with a small quantity and configure to order, enterprise how to manage their quotations, sales orders, planning, production, procurement, cost accounting, such as important links decided the competitiveness. CTO module can realize orders configuration, configured BOM management, and cost simulation and create production plan, purchasing plan on the basis of configured production.CTO function achieved a larger of benefits, such as final selection, multilayer selection, custom designed etc. configurated BOM facilitate sales, customer more easy to understand the product configuration, reduced the difficulty of service and marketing. This paper firstly analyzed technical feasibility of the configuration orders, introduces the solution of SAP, Oracle and ufida in configuration orders, and the theory of product configuration. Then analyzed the CTO functions, including CTO solution, sales processes in contrast, challenges when increate CTO and the cost analysis simulation in the order configure environment. Then demand analysis in UML method, designed database. Finally completed implementation of the CTO and realization system interface, and make a solution that old customers how update CTO modules.
