Thus, the air cannon controller design becomes very important. With the development of microelectronics technology, there are many type of air cannon controller at present, but are not very ideal.For some shortcomings and weaknesses of Air cannon controller existing recently, the thesis take the AVR single-chip microcomputer as control core, and adopt modular design, the main module responsible for reading the remote control commands, keyboard input parameters, number and memory expansion module input parameters real-time data and control the LCD display working parameters; Using extension module through SPI bus to communicate data with main module, through the data output circuit send out control instructions to complete the work requirements to control air gun.Firstly, the thesis studied the working principle of air cannon, and air cannon to the control device of functional requirements; then analyzed the control principle of the control device, development, strengths and weaknesses, selected the plan of design for air cannon automatic controller's control system, designed and simulated the software for control system, and designed a hardware circuit of control system; Finally carried out performance tests to the control system.The system showed that it can realize air cannon each function of automatic control instrument requirement after tests, and can meet the practical needs. |
