This paper defines the highest visits, most influential blog group as the A-list blogs, and sets some indexes to measure them. This paper selects 54 A-list blogs as samples to research from current active blogs now in china, and draws some conclusions as follows:China's current A-list blogs mainly gather in the some news website such as sina(http://blog.sina.com.cn/), Tencent(http://blog.qq.com/), Sohu (http://blog.sohu.com/), Fenghuang(http://blog.ifeng.com/ )and so on.A-list blogs have high reading rate which Chinese traditional media can not match, so they play a very important role in today's pattern of information communication. A-list blogs'content and topics are related to the current affairs in general, and to defend the stance on the fundamental values, which reflects that the blog writers and ordinary Internet users have the general demands on social equity and justice. A-list blogs are some open platforms where each kind of knowledge, information and opinions exist and bring fresh ideas to the readers.The reader's comments pasted on the blogs show a kind of general recognition to the blogs and writers. Some bloggers have become the public intellectuals and taken public responsibility in the real society.A-list blogs show much tolerance towards the negative comments; and most of them keep active, updating the articles frequently. There are some kind of strong links between A-list blogs.There are no official leaders in the outstanding bloggers,even though there is a huge number of officials in china. It tells us that the image of officials is very weak now in the word of blogs.A-list blogs affect the netizens and society in a variety of ways, including all kinds of lists set up by the blog websites, the links between each other, recommending way to the home pages of blog sites and a variety of ways to participate in public events.A-list blogs have possessed strong public properties, rather are some private diaries purely, and they have accounted most public attention in the blog world. Through participating in public events, starting controversy between blogs, reporting news events, setting agendas of netizens and government, constituting blog swarms and set up several blogs, A-list blogs show a significant figure in the public space, and make contribution in a number of public events.
