Talents are the inexhaustible driving force of social development.Top-notch talents can not only provide strong support for the discipline construction of universities in China,but also play a huge role in the economic and cultural development of the whole society.This paper mainly selects physics as the representative of the field of natural science.As the research foundation of the field of natural science,physics is relatively mature and highly open,and can generate new marginal disciplines through integration and penetration with other disciplines.From the perspective of discipline,it is very researchable.Citing China's strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education","Chang Jiang Scholars Program" has trained a large number of high-level and top-notch talents and cultivated a number of internationally leading academic leaders.And talent training in our country at present stage and the new requirements,"great power of science and technology" to call to truly implement,can attract talent of education science and technology is to "retention",couldn't we are not cultivating the talents,but how to keep talents,real will play "label in China" on the talent,will leave a "symbol of China's" results.The most important thing for "talent retention" is to understand what talents want.By analyzing the growth path of a large number of talents in various aspects,we can summarize the common characteristics of growth,explore the growth factors and find out the influencing factors.In recent years,there has been a heated discussion about "hats" in academic circles.Suggestions about canceling the "Chang Jiang Scholars Program" have emerged one after another.The selection of Chang Jiang scholars has been private since 2018.The National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)has updated its online science fund search system,removing the names of outstanding projects,outstanding projects,major projects and basic science centers,which means the list of these projects will no longer be available to the public.Whether the "Chang Jiang Scholars Program" and other talent programs can play their due influence at the present stage is also a question to be discussed in this paper.The basic idea of this paper follow the scientific talent,and according to the physics of talent of their own characteristics,using logistic regression to affect academic growth path to explore the main reasons,and the use of innovative tend to value matches from the view of the comparison of the SCI articles and research project,the 127 Yangtze river scholars and evaluation of 581 disciplines the top 10% of a total of 13 schools physics matches tutors,explore the "Yangtze scholars" incentives policy effect,the conclusion on this put forward talent for country specific policy to provide effective support,so that they can better develop academic talents.
