Design And Implementation Of The Financial Management System For AIST

As Japan's "Central Government Reform", the reform government research institutions into independent corporate enterprise, and Japan's financial system reform, AIST need the new Financial Management System by the change of company.This system is a typical financial ERP for Large research-oriented enterprises in Japan. In this system we try to implement Enterprise needs for information and standardization of the company's financial processes. The system is a large business software projects including budget, accounts, income, payment, procurement and asset management of six major business parts.The system was developed using JAVA EE. It's a WEB projects of B / S Model, using Struts, Spring, Hibernate and other frameworks and components. We made extensive use of agile modeling and reuse in System Design. Development projects using iteerative development and business process outsourcing and other methods.Papers from the software engineering point of view fully reflect the project development process. First, I studied the system needs analysis, including functional analysis and performance analysis. Second, it's system design, including system modules, structure, components, and database design. Finally, it's system implementation, including the page, MVC control, business logic, DAO, persistence and database implementation.Meanwhile, the paper reflects the ideas and solutions of Japanese financial system for the large research company form the design and implementation of the real project, and accumulated experience of similar projects.
