With the new developments of satellite, sensor and computer technology, the remote sensing platform of photogrammetry has been expanding from space platform towards deep space. For trasmission photogrammetrical satellite with no ground control, three-line array CCD camera is a perfect sensor, but the result of aerial triangulation using three-line array CCD images can not meet the needs of height precision. At the base of processing three-line array CCD images, Equivalent Frame Photo(EFP) method introduces the real image plane coordinate of tie points in adjustment calculation, and then puts forward the design scheme of LMCCD camera and the donation rules of orientation point and tie point in LMCCD images. Then it introduces the basic theory, technology measure and ideal measuer method of LMCCD images'photo point measurement, and it has been tested and examined. This thesis mainly researched on several aspects as following:1. According to the present development status of three line CCD photogrammetry, it general introduced the linear array trasmission surveying satellite, especially the three line CCD photogrammetry camera and LMCCD camera.2. According to the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the processing of three line CCD images using EFP aerial triangulation method, it stressed on the research of how to join the real image plane coordinate of tie points in two EFP moments, and analyzed that this improved method can be contributed to the enhance of adjustment precision of EFP method.3. According to the analysis of usual point feature extraction and image matching methods, it stressed on the research of the high- precision automatic measurement flow of orientation point and tie point of LMCCD image. And it build the measurement templet of photo point, Ly feature extraction method and improved technology, automatic matching technology based on LMCCD linear array and surface array image, and so on.4. It used the Ly feature extraction operator and improved method on the nadir linear array CCD image to extract the candidate orientation point and tie point for matching.5. On the basis of using correlative coefficient method, least square method and multi-point relaxation method for the matching of LMCCD image, it used the matching strategy of combining three linear array CCD image, linear and planaer array image matching.
