The Design Of Auto-inspection System Of Electronic Component Package

The speedy progress of the information industry revolution has increased the demand for the electronic components rapidly. The inspection of the electronic components package is an important process of the electronic components quality assurance. A new computer vision system, which is based on the technology of the digital image processing, can be applied to the on-line inspection of the electronic components package quality. This inspection system can replace the structuring system or the manual inspecting process. It will be of great value in its spread and application.This design has applied the technology of the digital image processing being discussed and explored in this dissertation. The principle and the application of the pattern match and the edge detection are particularly introduced. Owing to the use of the computer, which keeps on upgrading the power and decreasing the cost spending, there are some advantages of the digital image processing, such as simple structure, higher flexibility, better expandability and lower cost. Based on the new technology of digital image processing; the development of the inspection system of the electronic components package quality has basically accomplished. The system can satisfy the requirement of the on-line inspection of the general electronic component product line. This project has made a helpful exploration for the similar system that can eventually be a homemade product. The main work and results are as follows.1. Hardware design of electronic components package inspection system about NI techniqueThe system is established after understand NI technique and analysis electronic components characteristics, the hardware setting is chance right CCD camera and lamp house.2. Software design for electronic components package systemBased on the system's flow chart, the good parts and bad parts are distinguished, then analysis the feasibility about inspection tool and project, and set up a model aim at their characteristics, finally evaluate its effect.
