Input shaping is an open loop feed-forward controller, it doesn't need addition feed-back measuring device, just need to shape the input control signals to reduce residualvibration. It's simply to use and it's widely used in high-speed, high-precision position-ing system.This paper introduce the basic concept of input shaper and the design methods ofthe three commonly used shapers firstly. In order to improve the system response speed,we design an input shaper based on optimal theory. And then through the experimentexecuted on linear inverted pendulum we can prove that these different input shapingcontrollers can reduce vibration.LED bonder is an important part of post-packaging of LED production process, Thevibration reduction technology used in picking die and bonding die is the key technologyof die bonder. But this key technology has been mastered in the hands of few largeforeign company, The research in the country is still in the initial stage. The bond armof die bonder is a kind of ?exible mechanism, there will be residual vibration when itquickly move.According to the die bond technics and structure characteristic of bond arm, wediscuss and validate the effect and robustness of different input shaping controllers. Andthen design a input shaper based on optimal theory to improve response speed. At thesame time, combine control methods to improve the positioning accuracy of input shaper.Simulation and experimental results verify this technology can really reduce the residualvibration.Finally, against with the shortcoming of bondarm,we use linear voice coil motor tocarry bond-arm directly to finish the pick-die and bond-die movement. Design the voicecoil motor driver and integrate the input shaping control algorithm with the driver, andthis can cut the cost. The experimental Results show that this way also can reduce theresidual vibration.
