The batch antenna measurement servo control system is a group control system, which consist of multiple independent measurement turntable and plane scanning shelf. Each turntable has an independent slave control system; the slave control system and the motion of the scanning shelf are managed and controlled by a master control system. Each measurement turntable has three degrees of freedom of motion, namely, the head channel, the pitch channel and the vertical channel, the scanning shelf has only one degree of freedom of motion. This paper designs and implements the batch antenna measurement servo control system from the aspects of hardware, software and control algorithm, and so on. The main research works are as follows:This paper completely designs the hardware circuit of the master control system and the slave control system. Firstly, a group controls scheme and a whole hardware circuit design scheme based on CAN bus is proposed according to the characteristics of the batch antenna measurement control system; and then respectively designs the hardware circuit module detailed, such as keyboard input module, LCD display module, CAN communication module, RS232 communication module, PWM signal output module, DC motor driver module, over-current protection module and so on; finally tests the designed hardware circuit and verifies the feasibility and correctness of the design.The batch antenna control system adopts the PIC24H series microcontroller as the main control unit of the master control system and the slave control system. This paper designs the control software of the master and slave control system based on the characteristics of the MCU, and presents the design though of the overall software and main program flowchart.This paper takes the pitch channel of the batch antenna measurement servo control system for example to design the servo control algorithm. Firstly, aim at the load asymmetric and the friction of the lead rail uneven, this paper models the pitch channel detailed. Then, uses the human-simulated intelligent control algorithm to design the controller of the pitch channel, compares the HSIC algorithm and the traditional PID control algorithm through simulation, concludes the advantages of the HSIC algorithm, and verifies the feasibility of this scheme. Finally, this paper uses the HSIC algorithm in this system and makes the turntable to meet requirement of the precision locating and real-time running.
