| This paper discusses the process of designing and exploiting the antenna turntable servo control system of a kind of mobile satellite television receiver equipment. The purpose of the project is to research and develop a small and economical mobile satellite television receiver equipment system which suits for market demand.Firstly, the paper analyzes the main technical indicators and requirements of the mobile satellite the antenna turntable servo control system and completes the overall program design of the system, and the paper analyzes the key technologies and difficulties of the system. The paper calculates the load torque of the system. The components of the system are selected and the performance characteristics of the components are introduced briefly.Secondly, it focuses on the hardware design of the encoder counting circuit, analysis the principle of counting and gives the software and hardware flow chart.Third, a mathematical model of the servo control system is established, and the paper simulates and analyzes the system using MATLAB. After this, the incremental PID control program is designed based on PCM3341. Then debugs system practically and gives the analysis of debugging data of system, completes the whole process of the design. And the fuzzy-PID control algorithms are adopted.Finally, to study the quality of the antenna biaxial stabilization system isolating automobile-swaying, the mode which the system used the velocity measuring dynamo and the velocity gyro as the velocity loop feedback respectively is used, and the matrix of antenna direction add-angle velocity is introduced, the quality of the control system to isolate automobile-swaying, stabilize antenna direction in typical disturbance is simulated. The results show that with the use of latter, there is an obvious improvement of the quality of isolating automobile-swaying and stabilizing antenna direction. |
