Many enterprises have realized that realizing information sharing and orderly management will be key factors in the future competition.The production of blade is one of the most important part for many large equipment such as power station turbine, gas turbine, aircraft engine, etc. It has many kinds of features, complex structure, high performance requirements. Because it needs professional manufacturing skills, so it needs great information to conduct the manufacturing. in the process form the material's purching to final proction. If we manage these information systematizely and regularly by using PDM technology and builde a turbine blades-oriented production data management system. It will realize the enterprise information integration of upstream and downstream sectors and Shorten the processing time of blade, improve the quality of blade.This paper is concerned with the communication problem of product information for certain blade suppler combining with the character of its product information of Wuxi Turbine Blade Co., Ltd, put forward the solution.Firstly, this paper analyse characteristics of blade and blade machining processes, and propose the blade product structure model from the perspective of oriented to the product manufacturing process,and the blade precision processing data are structured management based on the blade product structure.Secondly, Using of the advantage of the mode of C/S framework,the blade PDM system VI.0 is develpeped. As the kernel application function,document management module has been discussed.The concept,content and key technologys are studied,as well as the functioins of document management,such as editionmanagement. At the same time, aiming at the characteristics of enterprise report,report function module is developed, automatic output report is realized.
