In recent years, as people's growing demand for gold, people gradually shifting their eyes to deal with difficult gold. However, modern industrial highly integrated technology development, seeking treatment arsenic tricky gold automation method become imperative. So the biological oxidation mention gold automatic control system design and implementation, has the vital significance.This paper introduces the biological oxidation process and the development of Titus gold process and combining with the actual situations, designs the automatic control system in the overall structure, and the temperature control according to the special weather conditions in Xinjiang realized the completely automatic temperature control.According to the biological oxidation mention gold technology and control requirements, it puts forward a set of field instruments based on MCGS and combination of control scheme of the hardware and software of control system are introduced and the overall design awakened, combining the special weather conditions of Xinjiang, the system oxidation tank temperature control adopted software and hardware combined with ways to realize automation.This paper is focused on the oxidation tank temperature control algorithm, the design and implementation of the software and software realization, software and hardware of fuzzy PID method combined with the automatic control.In the end the paper made a comprehensive summary, analyzed the problems existing now, and the future development direction was discussed.
