Once HEBEI TV sport programs had experienced a glorious time, but now you can't neglect the problem existed in HEBEI TV sports programs.(2)The problem in HEBEI TV is:the bachelor degree staffs have a large proportion, the higher degree staffs take in a little proportion. It may be affect the quality of sport programs. Local television station is limit in purchasing power so it does reduce the sports programs source. There is only a little sport programs during a whole week TV shows, the worse is that it's mainly depend on Entertainment and health programs. The advertisement income is in hot water too. It leads HEBEI TV station focal point to turn to the other field, except sport programs. As the same time, it's difficult to join CSPN either. It's not easy to share resource with CSPN in a short time.(3) Both of content and form of HEBEI TV sport programs need to be reformed, so it's necessary to set up HEIBEI sport channel, and then join the organization of CSPN.
