Effective monitoring of fire is the key technology of forest-fire prevention, the forest-fire monitoring which is based on image processing is to monitor the smoke what was taken shape after the fire broke out, and make the smoke process by the signal, send the fire alarm after comparing and judging the signal is the general method for fire-monitor at present. It is a better method for slowing-spread-fire, but there are still some difficult for the sudden fire with high winds because of less information of gray-scale image. It can not also describe the fire information accurately and delay firefighting the fire. Based on the description above, it is imminent to study the forest-fire image signal processing in ground infrared-detection in order to describe the fire information accurately and intuitively, reducing the loss of forest-fire.In this paper, based on the advanced infrared-fire detection technology, combining characteristics of forest-infrared-fire images and digital image processing theory, from a practical point of view, it completes the design of forest-fire image signal collecting and processing in ground infrared-detection system. It is composed of uncooled IRFPA thermal imager, high precision turntable FPGA board, ethernet network and so on. The thermal imager is installed on observation tower in the forest. It carries out continuous scan monitoring for temperature field in forest. The controller, taking FPGA board as processing platform, achieves each proper forest gray image acquisition, and transmits the collected image of forest-fire to the PC by ethernet network for image preprocessing including forest-fire infrared gray denoising and pseudo-color processing, overcome the shortcomings that it is difficult to extract wealth information from the gray image images, achieve the function of color-image can accurately describe the scene information and intelligent image recognition of forest-fire. Finally it can display the result of identify in the geographical information system, and the monitoring officer can make the fire suppression program expediently.It can identify the target of fire accurately, collect the gray images of fire through the thermal imager, process the image, identify the fire-target from the complex background, overcome the false alarm which was caused by interference of electronic noise and background thermal anomaly, such as the heat way, it intend to complement the shortcomings that the grayscale images can't describe the information about the fire intuitively and accurately.This paper studies the contents of three modules:forest-fire infrared image acquisition, forest-fire infrared image transmission and noise processing, forest-fire image pseudo-color preprocessing.The article receives Special funds for the Office of Information Industry of Heilongjiang; Project name:Infrared ground forest-fire detector; Project number:DX01200.002JS...
