The Security Design And Implementation Of Mobile Office System

With the advancement of informationization construction of the customs, the application level of information technology have been further improved, the customs depend on information system in all kinds of business, and the demand of timeliness is higher and higher. In the past, Customs often use the paper to transfer files.If the key personnel on business or not on-the-job sometimes, some files are delayed. It will weaken office efficiency. Today, this situation will be changed by customs's paperless office and VPN.The paper will introduce "the mobile office system of huhhot customs",that used the virtual private network (VPN) technology between the client and the server. The VPN tunnel connect Clients and Servers in which all data encryption transmission, and realize safety access between the external access to internal service.Its main realization way is designing security buffer between customs's network and Internet by VPN which supplies the physical connection.To ensure internet security, technical personnel will install some safety equipments in the security buffer, such as firewall, intrusion detection systems, the client health examination system, and many kinds of Security authentications, for example, CA Certificate and Domain user authentication. Under this situation, only authorized customs-house officer could connect network through computer or Mobile PC. They would use data encryption technology and VPN to access directly internal network application servers of customs to realize the mobile office.This paper will analyse technically how to design and manage the mobile office system of customs based on VPN.
