Design And Implementation Of "Green EHome" Software Based On IBatis And AJAXRPC

With the explosion of Internet information, Internet has been becoming the world's largest center of information dissemination. However, on one hand, the Internet provides convenience to us; on the other hand, the arbitrarily browsing and disseminating information also make the good and the bad mixed together, bringing a great negative effect. Therefore, how to effectively protect teenagers from harmful information and form a healthy atmosphere of Internet become a united responsibility of the current society.Based on the analysis of some reasons why many teenagers are easily addicted to Internet, we draw a conclusion that the major reason is the lack of effective management mechanism in the Internet industry. Therefore, based on a project called "Green EHome" of HuNan Telecom in which the author, as a team member, had participated before. In this dissertation, it analyzes the security filtering technology for household access to the Internet. Meanwhile, filtering technology is adopted to monitor the information released on the Internet and software run by teenagers. All the efforts we do will assist parents to manage their childen's behavior on the Internet. The major work is as follows:1.Primitive principle of content filtering is described, as well as its features and key technologies.2.Many features and deficiencies in current content filtering softwares are analyzed, and the advantages of "Green EHome" software is also been introduced. It is easy to install and launch by using a flash memory which contains a string of encrypted message, with simple configuration and safety operation.3.By filtering the specific IP address and URLs, the limitations to the URLs are realized. With the help of whitelist mechanism, teenagers can only visit some specific healthy websites. Then the effective protection are realized.4.The integrated development environment and the relevant techonologies used are introduced, especially the layered architecture iBatis.NET with features of plain code, simple configuration, high efficient execution, and the remote procedure call techonology called AJAXRPC which allows Javascript to be able to call into the server-side methods synchoronously or asynchronously, compatible with major popular explorers. 5.Design of "Green EHome" software is accomplished based on present iBatis.NET and AJAXRPC technology. Serveral core modules are basically realized, such as websites limitation, softwares limitation, time control, etc. Base on these core modules, some relevant functional testing and performance testing are carried out."Green EHome" software uses a completely new architecture for iBatis.NET and AJAXRPC, which is able to improve the flexibility of configuring the server and greatly reduce the complexity of interaction in the front-end.
