Study Of Workflow Model Based On Petri-net In Parallel Approval System

With the development of society and economy, the importance of information system is increasing in enterprise development and competition, intense competition has led to structure's adjustment of information system, the business process is managed uniformly by the workflow management system which introduces workflow technology, and workflow technology has becoming a new trend of information systems.With regard to approval function in office automation system, as the gradual refinement of division of work and increase of department, the approval process became more complex, especially some major project application which need more than one sector's consents, the so-called sign approval. Faced with the complex approval process modeling, although Petri-net modeling having a graphical representation, solid theoretical foundation, mature analysis and verification methods, in some aspects it cannot meet the complex processes of modeling, such as it cannot fulfill color,time modeling and the model hierarchy is not clear. Base on the theoretical study, this paper aims at the feature and practical problem of China National Gold Group Corporation, use the extended Petri-net HTCP-net based on the classical Petri-net as modeling theory, modeling the approval process include the sign approval and verify its correctness, and using the workflow technology as the implementation technology under the Web service environment, studied the special application methods of workflow technology in the workflow management and use of relevant technology to achieve the approval subsystem of China National Gold Group Information Management System.This study solved the approval issues of enterprise's parallel process, which can offer some references for applied research of similar approval system including sign approval.
