The global market development and production of multi-way joint venture enterprise require ERP system a high degree of flexibility and agility to adapt to business process reengineering and the collaborative approach to change.Firstly, analyzes lack of the traditional ERP system in the process of integration and integration between enterprises. The traditional ERP faces the fuction of transaction processing system, lack of effective control of business processes and management.At the same time some of the business processes in traditional ERP system have been solidified in the programs, against business process change. In this investigation, a modeling method and process has been argued as well as the method of development of work flow system has been denoted. Meanwhile, the requirement analysis aimed at the enterprise work flow system has been processed and constructed. Then, with the considerations of fabric and information transmission, flow controlling and authorization management, the design of work flow management engine has been provided.Lastly, a more suitable ERP enterprise workflow management system had been developed by ASP.NET which is based on the workflow managerment model and the workflow engine.Then illustration of the status of sittings and system running which take the budget checkup for instance has been placed.The practices proves the work flow engine and model design is correct.By comparing with other workflow system, this one has the advantages described as:simple using; based on the current information platform of the original users; excellent compatibility; flexibility; easy operation; easy control secure of the message passing and access; low quantity of maintenance works; improvement of employees' working efficiency.Hitherto, this system has already been a production which was sold to some ERP enterprises. Practices prove that this development of system has provided excellent solutions for ERP customers in the daily management.
