In the flourishing era of new media, whether the press group ltd can keep pace with the changing circumstance depends on the new media strategy. The choice of new media strategy is mainly determined by affirming and fostering the capacity of competition. In other words, it is principally decided by paying attention to and optimizing the industrial value-chain of new media. This thesis is basically about the industrial value-chain of new media in the press group ltd, which contains the structure, characters, models of integration, the routes of revolution and so forth. In the context of the objective needs of the new media value-chain strategy, the thesis will also deduct how to integrate the sources in the press group ltd, and chose the new media developmental strategy.Press Group should chose diversified market, persist in composed-product strategies, integrate and deploy different kinds of sources, promote the capital operation, set up a reasonable, sustainable, and evolutional value chain of new media. Furthermore, Press Group also should shape and defend a strong market-appealing brand of new media.
