Heterogeneous/Convergent network has become an inevitable trend in the future. The complexity of acess technologies, variouty of bear services and increasement of user requirements make the network becomes especially sophisticated. In order to realize the integrated providing of service through complex networks, various kinds of network convergence strategies have been promoted to shadow network heterogeneity and intelligently provide users services through considering characters of network, terminals and user requirements. This can not only greatly enhance user experience, but also increase service efficiency, but in the mean time it brings a new tough problem. National 863 project "Research on Heterogeneity/Convergence Oriented Packet Service Dynamic Management& Control System" (2007AA01Z204)is devoted to this problem, deeply researching the QoS guarantee in the Heterogeneous/Convergent network.This article is supported by the reseach project. Firstly, this article completes the admission control framework and flow design through analyzing the Heterogeneous/Convergent network developing trendency and exist problems, and also gives the deployment in the real networks. Secondly, this article makes deep-research of key function modules, for example, real-time adaptation and network selection technologies. Lastly, this article gives the simulation result of the framework system which verified the advantage of this promotion.On the control framework reseaching aspect, this article discusses the exist admission control frameworks promoted by diffrent orgniazations, and improves the disadvantages, then promotes an end-to-end QoS guarantee framework system, realizing a closed-loop control. As for the key function module analyzing aspect, it promotes a heterogeneous network real-time adapting flow method based on the exist single-network adapting technologies. In the mean time, based on the ASC cretiron, we give a new network selection mechanithm which uses AHP and MGRA to efficiently estimate various kinds of parameters such as QoS requirements, user satisfaction and prices of ISPs, etc. Finally, this article illustrates the simulation method in details, verifying the advantages of this framework through simulating different situations.
