How to achieve effective configuration for the wireless network resource is always one of the research hotpots in wireless communication. On the one hand, wireless network resources is one of the bottlenecks which restrains the rapid development of information industry, on the other hand, many new ever-evolving wireless network structure set higher demands to radio network resources management. Admission control plays an important part in the optimization of configuring wireless network resources. The strategy and algorithm of admission control impact system quality of service(QoS) relating to wireless network resources and user quality of experience(QoE). As a result, based on IEEE802.11 ad and LET-A which is a kind of new type wireless network structure, considering from the perspective of network convergence, system quality of service and user quality of experience, and aiming at improving wireless network resources utilization and the user degree of satisfaction, the thesis focuses on the admission control algorithms in heterogeneous networks based on QoE and establishes the general layered admission control scheme adapting to heterogeneous networks. The main research contributions can be summarized as follows:1. Aiming at the problems of user's access QoE in LTE-A heterogeneous network integrating IEEE802.11 ad, the thesis constructs a 3D-Markov chain model which can be applied to the user's access backoff behavior in a heterogeneous network by introducing the time function of access contention window. The proposed model takes the user's QoE of different types of service into consideration, analyzes the system QoS, adopts a typical evaluation method mean opinion score(MOS), and maps the performance indexes of QoE. The study shows that the LTE-A heterogeneous network integrating IEEE802.11 ad can improve the system QoS, including throughput, time delay, packet loss rate and QoE of user who contains MOS under the circumstance of certain system bandwidth.2. Aiming at the different service types of the QoE problem in the LTE-A integrating IEEE802.11 ad, the thesis proposes a novel layered admission control strategy for heterogeneous network based on QoE. The core idea of the strategy is vertically layering the access categories priority and horizontally layering the resource allocation based on the layered access categories priority. With the mainline of admission control strategy, the dynamic access categories priority scheme is firstly introduced to build the power allocation model aiming for the minimum transmit power of base station as well as the maximum overall QoE. Based on this, the impact of different network coverage areas in the heterogeneous network on user QoE is analyzed and the resource reservation scheme is studied, combined with users' access priority. The study shows that the layered admission control strategy can significantly enhance the average QoE of heterogeneous network, comparing with the conventional admission control schemes.
