Along with communication and Internet technology development, the telecommunications industry's electronic channel has got very good foundation, profound significance and value. Channel platform development will be one of the most importance strategy for the telecommunication operators to enhances the core competitiveness. With the advances of telecommunications system reform, operators of all grades shall run more fierce competition for products and service distribution channel, particularly after the latest regrouping of telecommunications in China. It's obviously seen that electronic channel will be a new focus among competitors.Through the contrastive analysis on the system of electronic channel from telecommunication operators, this paper tries to find the constructive key points for promoting the satisfaction of the customers and the harmonious development of business. With strategic targets oriented, this paper discusses the feasibility and the environment of the technology for exploring electronic channel, including the analytical report. Furthermore, systematic structure and functional characters are designed in order to integrate the resources, develop corporately, optimize the architecture, perfect the brace, improve the satisfaction of the customers and expand the business achievements. Electronic channel will play a more and more important role in channel construction of telecommunication operators. Through the "senior grade for architecture, three grades for business" model, China Unicom will make a banner electronic channel system, cultivate different competitive ways, improve the service level and the ability of sell, and also reduce the cost of service and sell.
