The Design And Implementation Of The Cost Management System Based On J2EE Framework

At present, with the quick development and wide use of J2EE platform, more and more enterprises adopt the J2EE-based multiplayer B/S structure, and cost management system is an important component of the enterprise management information system. The object of cost management is all the money and cost in reengineering business processes, it not only refers to future cost in internal management, but also refers to the cost and money in the project implement of the enterprise operation. It influences the profits of enterprise itself and its employees, and it closely bound up with the accumulation of stage property, so it is important to have a good cost management system for an enterprise.This paper designs and implements a cost management system according to the cost and money management in the project implement of the enterprise operation, and it fitted to most enterprises. In this cost management system, it firstly makes the monthly budget sheet of every month the project goes through according to the budget categories which are maintainable by the system, which can contract a project budget sheet, and then the project budget sheet is committed to the cost administrator for approving, after passing all the approving steps, the financial personnel will record, summary and account every monthly budget sheet, and the system will finish the contrast of the budget cost and real cost. This system can also make the monthly summary, yearly summary, the budget category summary, the only one project summary, and the multi-projects summary, and all the summary results can be export.This paper also describes the key technologies of J2EE, as well as the current popular J2EE framework. Following that, it recommends Struts framework, Spring framework, Hibernate and other application development tools for cost management system based on J2EE architecture. In accordance with the J2EE architecture level, this paper discusses the design and implement of system management sub-module.
