To accurately reflect the warehousing, sorting, distribution of the cigarette occurred in the course of the cost, reduce logistics costs, improve distribution efficiency, enhance quality of service, according to the National Bureau of logistics cost management requirements, we decided to develop the logistics for the tobacco center cost management system designed to facilitate the comparison of the city's logistics costs, assessment and analysis, budget preparation and implementation of the promotion, in accounting for the measurement of accurate, reflect the true cost of managing the logistics industry to meticulous direction.This paper analyzes the cost of tobacco logistics management systems research situation, briefly addressed the context of system development, which clearly pointed out to solve this major problem and the main work, and this paper describes the organizational structure. The system needs analysis, respectively, from hardware and software environment, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, external interface aspects are described. Describes the system used in the main structure, and several important modules of the system detailed design. Finally,we doing the code of the system implementation and testing.This paper addresses the following two aspects:1. Through activity-based costing, first straighten out the storage, sorting, a library, transport workflow, reduce part, reduce cigarette consumption and improve the efficiency of delivery vehicles.2. Because the system uses integrated information technology platform for the operration. It can dock with warehousing, sorting, marketing and route optimization system。With digital storage, sorting and circuit optimization of electronic systems for information sharing, direct access to relevant data, reducing the cost accounting workload, by turns, single-box sorting costs, distribution costs and other single-box comparative analysis of performance indicators for storage, sorting, distribution, etc. aspects of assessment and business process improvement, and to improve labor efficiency and reduce total logistics costs.Tobacco logistics cost management system architecture based on J2EE technology system, using the waterfall model, the entire system architecture consists of three layers, using the MVC design pattern, in line with CMMI3 quality management system. Mainly refers to the view layer user interface requirements as simple as possible, so that end users do not need in-depth training will be able to easily access information, the client uses B/S (Browser/Server) mode, as long as the browser client to complete the system application, using Struts technologies. The second layer is control layer, all the business logic and control are concentrated in the layer, can reduce construction and maintenance costs, simplify management, the use of Spring technologies. The third layer is the model layer, also known as the persistence layer using Hibernate technologies. Three-tier architecture enables complex business processes simple and orderly, to adapt to large and complex applications; end database server using Oracle, you can store large amounts of data and data logic, and data on all the security, integrity control, data consistency, concurrency and so complete in the model layer.The system has been in Nanchong City, Sichuan and Hunan Changde Tobacco Logistics Center City tobacco logistics center trial on the line, we can see through the center of the system increases the cost of logistics management, logistics cost reduction logistics center target is achievable.
