With the development of IP technology, the streaming media technology and P2P technology is combined constitute a kind of sustainable development of network services-P2P streaming media. During the development of telecom core network in recent years, it requires a novel network which can be combined with IP network with the characteristics of operationable, manageable, rapid, flexible, low cost and expanded, also used of P2P technology to drive the new network. However the traditional telecommunications network is centralized client server architecture, high costs, scalability, and resources to shared problems. In this paper, we depth research and analysis the elemnet message, application process, disaster recovery of core node and the user entry node, and given the appropriate netowrk service evaluation indexs.The simulation platform in this paper based on the underlying structure of OMNET and INET, the platform can be devided into resources abstraction layer, application platform and application platform strategy, and on this basis to support insert telecommunications services. At present, Major research focus of New Type evaluation of the core network streaming media service.The P2P streaming on NGN croe network is based on the SN in each domain, which manage the domain node message. All these SN conected into a Chord loop to realize resource sharing and mechanisms for disaster recovery and backup. In this paper, we detailed design of the Network Element function entity of the super nodes(SN) and the portal servers(PS), and the message structure of interaction between them, enabling them to meet the demanded of NGN core network. We also design a dynamic disaster recovery and backup strategies based on P2P technologise on this double-layer DHT network.In the last part of this paper, determinated the deployment method for SN and PS entity, according to business characteristics of streaming media system. Realization correlation algorithm on simulation platform (P2P routing algorithm, DHT searching algorithm and so on). Analog the process of the entity, preview the business function. By analysing of user date, found the main factors of influencing network performance, and the causes of network bottleneck.
