The main topic refers to the design and implementation of military digital cenless communication system which is based on software defined radio platform. The concept of cenless is that a communication system can implement without switch center, as a result, the system can eliminating the need the center switcher. Every terminal will act the role of the switcher. Cenless communication system has good flexibility, mobility, survivability.It is very suitable for military communication systems, and will develop a broad prospect in military or civilian communications fields.The paper uses software-defined radio platform to develop and implement. This platform includes DSP-core, AD, DA, MCU, audio and other modules. As the theoretical support, the software-defined radio theory a digital signal processing theory play an important role in this research. The system uses of DSP/BIOS real-time operating system to implement the data transfer frequency, decimation filter, power spectrum estimation algorithm efficiently.The paper consists of three parts. Firstly it introduces basic knowledge of the software-defined radio platform and the cenless communication system. According to the basic knowledge, the paper gets the system's basic structure:physical layer, data link layer, application layer. In the physical layer, the system implement the detection of the channel control signal. This part is the core of system and the paper describes it in detail, including the detection algorithm of control channel signal, system optimization and so on. In the implementation process, the use of the algorithm optimization, hardware optimization mechanism and code optimization can improve the reliability and efficiency,and make programs to meet the requirements of real-time processing system. Therefore, the system optimization is a key of the implementation. Finally,the paper give the result test of the implementation and code optimization.
