Greening and energy saving are becoming popular topics nowadays, as time goes. Green communication draws increasing attentions as it has advantages of low radiation and low cost. In key techniques of 4G communication standard of LTE-Advanced, relaying technique could enlarge the cell coverage, improve cell-edge users'signal quality, and save energy via decreasing the cell's total emission power. But existing schemes are all based on the fixed base station, which could increase the cost of building and maintenance, and turn out to be a bad candidate for green requirement. What people need is a feasible scheme that is flexibly built, inexpensive, and beneficial to both the operators and users. To attain above targets and build green cellular networks, and from the aspects of wireless access, relaying and broadcasting, this thesis considers a cellular multihop network including mobile relays, where each mobile terminal has the capability of relaying. In order to research into accumulative broadcast algorithms for the cellular multihop network, the experiment platform is built sponsored by the National 863 Project. The thesis is mainly in charge of some parts of the whole experiment platform, including developing and configuring service terminals, designing control panel and protocol demos, utilizing virtual channel model, and building and configuring three types of servers. In the thesis, Virtual Tree (VT) is proposed to determine hop number in order to evaluate delay property of accumulative routing algorithms; a radiation and harmful region is assumed, showing that power is in direct proportion to the area of the region so that we can focus on the power property; the accumulative relay region is figured out for better analysis of relay cooperation; a centralized broadcast routing algorithm is proposed specific for the asymmetric cellular based on accumulation named Cellular Accumulative Broadcast (CAB) Algorithm, which aims to realize low-delay minimum-energy broadcast. CAB is shown through simulation compared with other accumulative and non-accumulative broadcast algorithms that this algorithm has the advantage of low delay and low power emission, and performs superior to other existing accumulative or non-accumulative broadcast algorithms, which could not only save cellular energy and bring down the cost of maintenance, but also decrease radiation, meet people's demand for health and provide a novel way of building green cellular networks. In addition, CAB suits for asymmetric networks besides cellular as asymmetry of cellular is only considered.
