Design And Implementation Of CM-NGBOSS Broadband P-BOSS Service Provisioning Management System

Under the framework of China Mobile NGBOSS (New Generation Business Operation Support System), Broadband P-BOSS(Product-Business Operation Support System) was required to re-designed for the Broadband operation of telecom. SPMS (Service Provisioning Management System) is a part of P-BOSS, and required to meet the long-period requirement in the field of Service Provision. Considering present problems of the old system of Sichuan Mobile, based on deep research and analysis of the general framework and basic principle of the Service Provisioning Management System. Web-based SPMS is proposed in this paper. SPMS uses the developing pattern of B/S, and consists of the system management module, the general management module, the order management module, the information management module, and the work order management module.The system-user interface is demonstrated by JSP (Java Server Page), and its service logic is achieved by J2EE(Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition). The application logic component mainly focus on information exchange between each sub-systems, interior message receiving and transmission in Web Service, then triggering the process flows within the system, thus achieving the transmission of service information from under stratum to the service level within the system. Finally, SPMS of Sichuan Mobile is designed, and have passed through function test and performance test.
