China Travelsky Market Management Platform System to support the platform in order to achieve the goal is to standardize data services, automation and timeliness, to increase marketing support; the establishment of a database of basic information agents, strengthening agents based on information management; build a management and marketing channels of information exchange platform, the goal to strengthen market management, marketing cost management, contract management business, business needs and day-to-day management and information communication between headquarters and branch patency; build key product/project management platform to promote and achieve key products/projects to promote the progress of the management and monitoring.The platform system consists of rights management module, organizational management module, information dissemination and management subsystem, subsystem data services, customer relationship management system, channel management and service support system, information exchange subsystem. The system can be run on Windows and UNIX family of operating systems, because of its J2EE-based architecture, with the advantages of cross-platform deployment, databases using Oracle9i, using WebSphere middleware as a web container system, running on the internal LAN and wide area network, and left interface.In this thesis, the actual demand is analysised, the system design platform is described, including architecture design, modular design of future operations, back-end business module design, database design, and test result proves that the system design proposal and implementation achieve the desired objectives very well.
