The drink driving of drivers has been the important risk factors for road traffic injuries. The behavior of drink driving is scattered, the current way that police samples at random, means that the drink driving of drivers can be easily leaked, so the management effect of drink driving is poor. Therefore, a new technology which can automatically monitor the drink driving will be the important practical significance. This subject devotes to design a set of automatic monitoring system on drink driving of drivers, the research contents can be mainly summarized as follows:The hardware of vehicle terminal system is designed. The hardware system includes power supply, scm control, signal acquisition and processing, wireless data transmission, LCD display, etc module. The signal acquisition and processing module is the core of system, which includes there parts about alcohol detection, fingerprint Identification, GPS data receiving. The system through wine detect module, fingerprint module, GPS module collect the fingerprints, alcohol content of drivers and the vehicle license plate number, geographic location, via GPRS wireless data transmission module to communicate with the host computer.The software of vehicle terminal system is designed. The vehicle terminal software depends on hardware system, designing the software flowchart based on system requirements, compiling and debugging the C program with KEIL C51, achieve the functions of acquisition and processing of alcohol concentration, fingerprint identification and feature data extraction, GPS positioning data extraction, wireless data transmission, LCD display and so on.The software of monitoring center system is designed on the host computer. Monitoring software adopts LabVIEW 8.20 development environment for designing the system interface, programming the TCP communication and linking the database. The system reads vehicle terminal data with TCP function module, displaying the received data, keeping them in a database, and displaying real-time warning signs. This system accesses database to realize a data storage, query, modify, and add and so on.The system is tested. Through the vehicle device for alcohol concentration testing of drivers, if driver breaks the rule, his basic information, plate number and location of the vehicle will be automatically displayed in the software interface of t monitoring center system, and accompanied by the alarm signal of sound and ligh. Experiments show that the system can realize the wireless automatic monitoring on drink driving of drivers.
