In recent years, the massive application of micro-electronic technology, computer and digital technology in radar have greatly enhanced the breakthrough in radar technology and equipment and radar's capability in real war. The future information battlefield will become an environment involving highly-threatening radar covering, broad band, wide space, multi-frequency, various parameters and extremely complex sigal surroundings highlighted by multiple working models and anti-interference technology. It requires the updating of the radar equipment with the utilizing of advanced technology and the constructing of the new radar system in 21st century. Therefore, the new radar countermeasure technology has to be explored and studied, more effective radar countermeasure system must be equipped, and especially the multipurpose utilization of various radar confronting technology must be researched, thus to enhance the comprehensive efficiency of radar in battlefield. In view to the widely used technology of many radar redundancy cover and radar networking, electronic warfare's actual interference tactics is developing towards the countermeasure direction of "face to face". When a number of radar and several jammers exist, several jammers distributed in different airspaces or regions will be needed to implement interference on several radar in a specific area. In order to reach the maximum suppression effect, that is, the optimized allocation of radar jamming resources, it needs to consider the criterion of distributing particular jammers to interfere particular radar. Interference benefit's maximization theory is a combat theory aiming to complete radar networking analysis, interference effectiveness analysis and interference station parameters. It's also a theory to realize benefits maximization of regional interference. The paper first introduces the research background and significance of the radar jamming resources'optimized allocation problem. Then, it discusses the evaluation criteria followed by single radar jamming effectiveness, including power standard, probability standard and efficiency standard. It summarizes the existing evaluation standards under each assessment criteria and its application significance. Additionally, the thesis introduces some principles required in the process of integrating tasks, including time-consistency principle, space-consistency principle and frequency-consistancy principle. It establishes a model of radar jamming resources' optimized allocation problem based on the existed radar jamming resources'allocation algorithm. What's more, the paper improves the traditional algorithm and makes the algorithm convergence rapidly. Through analysis and testing, this method has achieved the designed goal and it has great instructive significance for the combat drills. In the end, the thesis simulates the signal reconnaissance and interference effect in the jammer combat.
