With the rapid economic development, improve people's living standard, people health insurance sector also have a certain understanding, health care industry has been developing rapidly. As related to the vital interests of the people health insurance policy, which helps to balance income disparities, social equity; increase labor productivity, and promote the progress of production; promote the development of social civilization; provide protection for the social stability; promoting economic system reform. In addition, because of the health insurance industry also has been progress, the gradual development of a sound health care system to effectively solve the part of the masses for medical care, medical treatment is difficult problem, resulting in large measure to solve national health problems. Meanwhile, the expansion of health insurance coverage, insured increased gradually and increasingly complex, the medical insurance system, inventory management becomes more complex. How to effectively manage and forecast, as of today in the inventory management of medical insurance system to study important issues.Currently able to meet the health care system in the pharmaceutical inventory management system has been a lot, and have almost completely able to achieve the health care system, drug inventory management in the daily business operations. But with the rapid economic growth, rising living standards, medical insurance business has been a rapid development of medical insurance system in which pharmaceutical inventory management facing more and more problems. Early warning can provide inventory and provide for the effective management of inventory decision support health care system has become a major concern. Meanwhile, with the continuous development of science and technology, drug inventory management information is also gradually onto the daily topic. Around the health care sector needs not only to perform simple daily operations and inventory management data can be found from the problem, but also to provide an inventory early warning and decision-making information is becoming increasingly urgent.This topic is for existing health care system in the inventory management system to analyze the shortcomings and make improvements on its basis, an increase of inventory early warning function to achieve the medical insurance system for real-time monitoring drug inventory. At the same time, the subject in the original inventory management system, based on further analysis and data mining of existing inventory management, the existing inventory system so as to provide effective decision support.This paper describes the theory associated with the subject technology and its development environment required for the system. Technical part of the theory include:data warehouse, decision support system, based on data warehouse decision support modules, data mining, predictive model of two classical inventory model, including seasonal and weighted average model, and finally the introduction of development environment, including:JSP, Tomcat, Hibernate, Spring, MySQL database, Eclipse Development Environment.Then analyzed the medical insurance system, drug inventory management, development status, inventory management described in detail two models:deterministic models and stochastic models. Then pointed out that the existing health care system's lack of drug management system, mainly the lack of early warning capabilities and the lack of inventory decision support capabilities. In this paper, the existing health care system provides two features added to the existing system of management performance. Then, even the overall design of the system, the last of the system requirement analysis, and gives the relevant use case diagram.Finally, the system implementation, the system includes five parts:basic information management module, inventory management module, the statistics report management module, operator management module and decision support modules.The topic of data mining, data warehouse technology and decision-making system combined together to build decision-making module, and in accordance with existing inventory management data, and calculated by analyzing for the health insurance sector has developed to support effective decision-making provided; simultaneously the seasonal prediction models and the weighted average of Prediction Model of the early warning module, from the health insurance industry to achieve in the pharmaceutical inventory management in the early warning function. Effectively improve the efficiency of the medical insurance sector, thereby reducing the health insurance department of a large number of unnecessary expenditure. In addition, the model is also able to the health insurance sector, in health care policy making can provide data to support effective decision-making, making the stock medicines to be more fully utilized. The project enhanced pharmaceutical inventory management and forecasting subsystem management functions, improve the existing health insurance system, drug inventory management efficiency, thereby promoting the rapid development of the health insurance industry.The system can meet current health insurance system, drug inventory management and forecasting the demand for the content of the work, greatly improved the health care system, drug inventory management efficiency, effectively reducing the possible error, and strengthened drug inventory Management, supervision, has a very important research and application.
