It is obvious that all these will be connected to the internet directly or indirectly. Technically speaking, intellectualization is automation which gives equipment or system human intelligence so that they can work for human beings through a series of intelligent technologies. That is to say that individuality is the one of the greatest achievement gained by information technology and modern campus opens up wide horizon for individual teaching.Campus network establishment is a systematic engineering which combines various information technologies together, thus, to the independent colleges with limited funds and technologies, finding an objective and effective scheme, implementing and operating planning is a challenge to college leaders. This thesis, taking campus network establishment of College of Humanity, Northeast Normal University as an example, discusses issues regarding independent college campus network scheme and establishment from aspect of campus network demand analysis, campus network design and scheme, structuralization wiring system, network device selection, interconnected three nets access and network management.
