In the information age, the degree of information has become an important indicator of a country's modernization and comprehensive national strength. It's also a focus for china to build an off societyFirstly, this paper analyzes the advantages and shortcomings of the Internet and Digital Video Broadcast which are the representative of the information sharing technology in the development. It proposes a new mechanism for information sharing based on the dual architecture network.The paper mainly researches the theory of the information quasi-real-time fair sharing system based on the dual architecture network. It also analyzes the key technologies for system: TCP / IP, MPE and file storage of the website.The paper focus on the design of the information quasi-real-time fair sharing system based on the dual architecture network, which includes source integration, front-end broadcasting system, the receiving system and terminal storage system. It researches the function of each module, working principle, workflow and implementation mechanism .Lastly, the simulation experiments of the information quasi-real-time fair sharing system are completed. It is very significance for us to alleviate the pressure of Internet bandwidth and eliminate the"digital divide".
