China,as a large agricultural country,accumulates a large number of agricultural data every year, such as the growth of the seedlings of crop,soil conditions,fertilizer conditions,water,pests,weather, and disasters.Because these agricultural data with strong timeliness and regional,how to tap the hidden information behind the data,improve information quality,and timely provide of predictable,seasonal,and guiding practical information has become the problem urgently needing to study and solve.Data mining,as an important kind of technology to process data and discovery knowledge,can identify potential and useful agricultural knowledge from the agriculture data,to provide effective support for scientific decision-making and knowledge management in the agricultural sector,in order to better promote national agriculture and rural economy to achieve sustainable,efficient and coordinated development.In order to research and realize the agricultural data mining system based on Web,this paper is organized as follows:this paper,by analyzing the research status of the data mining technology in the agricultural sector,puts forward the main issues needed to study,as well as the research object,meaning,content,method and technical route.this paper makes a literature review on the theory and technology involved in research and realization on agricultural data mining system based on Web,which builds the solid foundation for this paper.this paper provides the specific design of the data mining system.And it introduces the system architecture and work flow,gives the system function block design,and described in detail functions and processes of the system function block.By introducing connection between the database entity sets and entity,this paper describes the logical database design.this paper,based on the system design,develops and realizes the system with using Asp.Net and C on VS 2010.This system,first using Web Services,achieves the Apriori algorithm and the kmeans algorithm,then realizes the user management module,the algorithm management module,the data management module and the data mining module with using the realized algorithms.In the process of realizing the system,this paper realizes two kinds of user role control between the administrator and ordinary users,and defines the simple algorithm and WebMethod description system for ordinary users,and realizes management of each user to personal database,and designs its own characteristics of data mining process,according to the typical data mining system process and characteristics of B/S structure,which is convenient for users to make data mining.this paper tests the system according to the Apriori algorithm and the kmeans algorithm.The process of the test is adding algorithms,adding WebMethod,creating tables,importing data and mining data.The test proves that the system operates normally and the result is in the line with exceptions.this paper makes conclusions of this paper and plans for further research in the next step.
