Big data research ranks first in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of the National Science and Technology Plan in the field of information technology in the year 2013 alternative project solicitation guide.Data analysis and mining has been applied in all walks of life.We have entered the world of big data.Agricultural research data are also big data.Researchers have plagued "searching for treasures" in huge amounts of data,under the big data environment.Improve the utilization rate of scientific research data.Shorten the period of obtaining useful data.Discover the deep value of data.Avoid wasting too much time outside scientific research activities.Data sharing and mutual benefit.The platform supports the foundation of agricultural innovation and development,and guarantees the creativity of agricultural scientific research.Before designing the scientific research data management platform for agricultural services,the user needs were investigated and analyzed.Then the function modules of the aggregation platform are designed.The design and development process of the platform.The specific working steps and research methods are as follows:(1)Statistical Analysis of the Actual Demand of Agricultural Scientific Researchers.There are three aspects of platform requirement survey: the requirement of scientific research personnel,the requirement of scientific research data management,and the requirement of platform management function.The specific functions of the platform are sorted out by statistics.(2)Based on the needs of users of agricultural scientific research,the functional framework of agricultural scientific research data service platform is analyzed.It embodies the concept of platform service centered on user needs.Through the four aspects of data collection,data organization,retrieval and data utilization,the service function of the platform can be realized,and the service mode embedded in the platform by users in the process of scientific research.(3)Construct the overall design concept of the system and the service purpose of the platform.The basic technology environment adopts the IaaS-PaaS-SaaS framework.Java SE8 language is adopted technically.Design SQL database.Web pages are implemented with Dataverse Web applications.Construct the technical framework of the platform;use the sub-database mode to reduce unnecessary redundancy on the database.The design of E-R diagram is transformed into logical structure model to support the design of database physical structure.Summarize the effect of platform implementation and problems encountered,and put forward ideas for improvement.The specific and invisible needs of agricultural scientific researchers are analyzed.User needs as the foundation of development platform.In this way,the appropriate platform framework is designed,and reasonable database technology is adopted to build the platform.We strive to make the language concise,function suitable for user demands,easy to operate,and strong security.Through system testing,the platform can basically achieve the expected goals and meet the needs of actual research users.The realization of this platform can effectively improve the efficiency of scientific researchers to obtain effective data and discover the deep value of data.At the same time,it has certain reference value in the macro-management of R&D development.
