Design And Development Of Information Management System Of Undergraduate Student Affairs

The information management system of undergraduate student affairs is very important in an education unit and can provide sufficient information and quick inquiry methods for users. The ways of traditional information management have not met requirements in modern society with Internet popularization. Owing to the situation, it is necessary to develop an information management system of undergraduate student affairs which is suitable for our college according to our college (higher vocational college) reality. The system can make student affairs and student subsidy work fulfill network and intellectualization so that it can improve work efficiency and qulity.The thesis firstly analyzes and researches the development requirements about information management system of student affairs and the aims is defined for the system development and the system structure. Secondly, the thesis focuses on drawing up the whole design plan and determines the corresponding development tool and platform and carries out the detailed design according to each module in design programme. Thirdly, the thesis analyzes the required data object, the access plan and the structure, and furthermore to design the database. Finally, during the process of the specific development, the system are gradually modified and improved. After tested from the different sides, the system is running stably.
