With the rapid development of computer terminal, wireless remote control technology combined with network control technology will become the development trend of the long-distant control system. These control systems can replace human complete a lot of work that is high labor intensity and much difficult, also can replace human complete those in bad environment, even in dangerous or more fatal environment. The smart car's visualization, intelligent remote control because of its potential applications is received more and more attention. Based on the freescale 16-bit MCU MC9S12DG128, through the photoelectric sensor identified path, combined with PID control and fuzzy control, it realized car's intelligent path tracking. And through wireless communications, it realized PC remote monitoring and plotting as well as artificially remote control based on PC. Through the study and research, I have completed the following job.First of all, according to the analysis of smart car system's functions, designed the whole system's framework. And this paper detailed introduction the hardware design of smart car system. Its core for MCU control chip MC9S12DG128, including:power management module, central control MCU module, path recognition module, steering servo control module, motor driver module, speed detection module and wireless communication module, which provide carrier for car's movement.Secondly, completed the system's hardware and software design. After getting the path information by the infrared electricity sensor and getting speed by CS1018 hall switch speed sensor, MCU adopted double P control method to control the steering gear, meanwhile used fuzzy PD algorithm control the car's speed, and have better realized the smart car's control and tracking.Thirdly, completed the design of PC control interface and tracing system in Visual C++ 6.0 environment. Through the wireless module communication, on the one hand, it can realize PC active control the smart car, on the other hand can realize the car's autonomous tracking. Besides, in the record of the car's relative position, real-time speed and relative angle, this paper gives a plotting algorithm. Finally, Given experimental results of the smart car tracking system based on PC control. Results show that, the smart car based on PC control realized autonomous tracking and manual control, in addition have a good precision, which laid a foundation for the remote monitoring of car's following research.
