In the current era of rapid development of wireless Internet, more and more people are choosing to use mobile devices in their lives. With the rapid development of society, more and more people are faced with competition, and their demands for education are increased. Mobile learning is a new type of digital learning associated with this situation. In 2009 the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China issues 3G licenses, the 3G services is growing fast.The latest generation of smartphones boasts powerful processors, making them capable of executing complex and computationally demanding applications. In this condition, learners can easily use smart phones to learn by the fast mobile network (such as 3G&WIFI) at all times and places. How to improving people's learning with suitable software for mobile device? We show find a useful way to develop android M-Learning system.This main work of this paper carried out as follows:1) The main problems of the android mobile learning system developmentWe discuss the main problems:How to design auto-zoom webpages for smart phone? How to deliver online video by flexible way (Such as Flash and HTML5)? How to use Single sign-on (SSO) to help user with log on into the M-Learning System?2) How to design the architecture of the android mobile learning systemAndroid mobile learning system must be a good system architecture design, to provide reliable web service, and also provide the client application a better user-experience.3) How to implement the mobile learning system based on androidWe use Eclipse IDE for Java EE to develop the Server-Side service of the android mobile learning system. We use ADT tool for Eclipse to develop the android client application. We test the application on emulator and smart phone.
