Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Channel Visit Management Software Based On Android And HTML5

The purpose of this paper is to develop a mobile application for sales visit management, which is a software to provide support sales staff to visit customers and facilitate business management. By using the software, the company managers can efficiently release sales schedule,and check the sales staff work to make adjustments. The sales staff can always check the schedule of their own changes, tasks, and their work which have been completed. Through the use of the software, it can make up for traditional sales and management methods, which have been unable to adapt to the rapid changes in market requirements and are not easy to manage enterprise management and other deficiencies.This paper uses a mixed development model of Android and HTML5. Most of the pages are developed with Android native components, but due to large amounts of graphics, achievement rate analysis pageis developed by HTML5. In this development, it uses Web View components to support for loading HTML, LocationManager to support for positioning, Android Monitor to support for testing provided by the Android platform and Amap to provide the reverse geography analytic interface.This paper first describes the background and significance of this topic, analyzes and summarizes the present situation of the current channel visit management. Through the investigation of related products on the market and with the needs of users, the functions of the software system are divided into the following functions: manage schedules, query data and manage coworkers, then the research contents and main work of this subject are determined. Furthermore it analyzes the needs of visit channel management software, and confirms the division of the system based on business function module, followed by the detailed design and encoding of all the function module on the basis of the demand analysis.Finally, a software test is conducted.
