Under the background of the rapid development of network technology and information technology,mobile learning has become a product of today's network application development,and with the reform of higher education,mobile learning has attracted attention as a new model of higher education,and Some universities are also actively exploring and using.The biggest feature of the Internet has enabled the sharing of network resources.Mobile learning has become the main form of Internet learning through its own characteristics.This dissertation designs and develops a mobile learning system that is stable and meets the learning needs of learners.It also improves the learning efficiency and the integration of teaching resources.The mobile learning system can easily bring together various resources of the network to achieve resource sharing.The individual learners mainly focus on individual learning and maximize the initiative in learning,breaking the traditional methods of teaching and learning.The entire learning process can be completed on the learning system,including querying course content information on the learning system,allowing students to prepare for the class before class,and further consolidating course contents learned on the day after class.This article takes the development research of mobile learning system in colleges and universities as the background,and has passed the previous research and needs analysis.According to the actual situation of colleges and universities,a set of mobile learning system based on students has been designed.The paper uses PHP technology,uses Think PHP framework and HTML5 language,background database uses MYSQL database for design and development.The main contents of this paper are:(1)Aiming at the current development status of mobile learning at home and abroad,a comprehensive analysis of the architecture of the system,the functions of the system,and the feasibility of the system has been conducted.(2)The programming language used in this system is the PHP language.It adopts the Think PHP technology framework,the use of Java Script technology,and the back-end database uses the SQL database technology to develop and design.(3)The design and implementation of various functional modules are realized.(4)Finally,each module was tested.Through various types of tests,including functional tests,interface tests,etc.,the system was checked for correctness and related code was processed to further improve the system and improve the system's operating efficiency.
