With Microsoft 7 operating system released in October 23,2010. While some of the new inspired features included in Windows 7,it also takes a light of gleam when failure Vista brought a painful experience. Meanwhile a new generation of Windows programing development framework .NET Framework 4.0 emerged. Compared to its previous edition, such as .NET 3.x, this framework not only show it's improvement in safety, standard compliance, program accuracy, reliability, performance, and also maintainced a high level of compatibility with the early edition when building applications.This topics is based on .NET Framework, for design a smart album management system, and can be implemented on PQ Labs Multi-Touch G3 hardware platform. In the thesis, P-Q Labs Multi-Touch G3 also employed as a hardware platform in the project. This advanced solution can support a simultanesously tracing of six point in the touch performance, and it's also make a fully compatibility with Windows 7. Thus, it makes a simple, convenient and natural way to interacting with this system. Meanwhile, this project applys a lot of 3-D graphics techniques for generate a strong visual impact on experience. And relevance feedback technology also employed to allow program acceptance user's feedback, and gets accurate pictures by learning user knowledge.For these purpose above, this paper mianly on as follows:1) Introduced the developing framework .NET Framework 4.0 in the beginning of this topic. And the most striking component in this framework, WPF4, is detailed recommended as followed. It carries the next generation display system of Microsoft. While WPF4 brings a unity interface technology for various Windows Client Applications, it also carries a touch performance in all WPF UIElememts. Base on WPF4 and other instruments of .NET platform, this project, we designed and implemented a user graphical interface for smart album management system. And detailed introduced CBIR (Content-Based Image Retrieval) technology. This is a technology for Image to Image fuzzy similary search.2) In this paper, a narration is processed on R&A and design of this smart albums management system. Also the main module design and realized in iComeTouch proceed. Implement a Search-By-Example function in system, so user can specify an image as input conditions. Also support relevance feedback function, make the retrieval results more in line when the system accepted user opinion.
