The rapid development of network and application, prompted network load of business are increasingly rich, the network structure and flow characteristics also have a corresponding change. With the development of information in universities and the computers widely used, data business has rapidly growth in the world. Voice, video and data business operations has vie now, basic network business constitute undergone a fundamental change. The business of Network has been increased from traditional separate IP video, data business speech, to the diversification of communication as the IP fusion center direction. The traditional network service mode, namely the best effort mode will not offer any kind of service for the network security, all the traffic competition network bandwith fairly, the router try their best to transmit IP packets to the destination, without of reliability and delay resistance. For distributed multimedia applications either have very high demand of network bandwidth or require low transmission delay and low jitter. So the traditional service mode does not provide any guarantee for distributed multimedia applications.Quality of Service is used to solve this kind of problem: for different kinds of data business, according to the needs of the users are classified, and all kinds of data set up to different priorities, make higher-priority business guaranteed. The development of Quality of Service has made great contribution for network traffic reasonable planning.This paper is mainly to design Quality of Service scheme for campus network, then to verify the feasibility of this program. After that we'll analysis the present situation of the campus network and related business flow, also design a reasonable deployment scheme, at last do verification. To analysis the network traffic, we must first collect the campus network flow, and then based on campus network demand for some unnecessary and occupied large bandwidth business use Quality of Service do reasonable planning. We'll build the campus environment to simulate the validation of design scheme, and do dynamic adjustment of campus network traffic.Traffic collection technology is also in the continuous development, such as traditional network management software SNMP, ethereal caught tools, cisco's Netflow etc. This paper's data collection sampled technology is based on sFlow. It can precisely monitor the modern network have high-speed net of ten thousand and gigabit port. Meanwhile, it can manage tens of thousands of port in one port through the expansion, so it is a high expansibility technology. Because sFlow agent is embedded in the network router and switch ASIC, sFlow's complication cost will be much lower compared with the traditional network monitoring solution. The design of Quality of Service design divided into two models, they are integrated service model and different service model. The different service model which has good expanded and simplicity have got network acceptance in the world. The main thought of different service is according to the user's requirements, to divide the flow into different classes. Any user's data flow has free into the network, but when network congestion occur senior data flow will occupy more bandwidth resources in the netwoek. Combining with traffic collection technology can help us have a more clear understanding of the present network traffic, then we can dynamic adjust the network traffic based on the needs of the customs.
