With the development of multimedia technical,Multimedia information is also transported on the Internet besides the data,so that various new network services become available over the past decade. The best-effort service cannot satisfy the requirements of new network applications, and the research of control mechanisms and algorithms for quality of service(QoS) are the focus. As for its characteristic of simplification and high scalability, the differentiated service(DiffServ) model becomes one of the popular architectures for the QoS.This thesis researches the control mechanisms of DiffServ for the goal of improving the dynamic choice ability of DiffServ. The main work and contributions are as follows.First of all, point out the shortage of multi-campus network access to ISP through analyzing the pattern of development about current Internet and the network traffic characteristics of campus network users. At the same time, the paper researches the traditional application of multi-homing campus networks, and point out the complexity and interoperability problems on manager network applications or user network configuration.Second, made a thorough research to network application, pointing out and constructing a model of dynamic link choice based on output workload, destination response time and so on.Third, make a thorough research to differentiated service theory, model and priority queue scheduling algorithm, improving Weighted Fair Queuing scheduling algorithm based on customize queue,so as to construct a model of differentiated service of output queue based on priority. Finally, construct an integrated model of differentiated service on campus networks, based on the model of dynamic link choice and the improved Weighted Fair Queuing scheduling algorithm, and do some data analysis about this model.
