In the verification process of new quantitative detection and analysis model of non-dispersive infrared gas absorption, the effect of the environment temperature and pressure should be considered. This Paper designed a small experimental testing system, which with data acquisition system and adjustable temperature and pressure. The testing system is used to simulate the ambient temperature and pressure conditions, and verify new gas detection model of non-dispersive infrared spectroscopy.The design goals, the function and the technical specifications are described in detail in the paper. In the overall structure, the hardware circuit, software program and the corresponding mechanical components are designed. In the hardware circuit, the design of the microcontroller and processing circuit, power circuit, temperature control and data acquisition circuit, pressure control and data acquisition circuit, the sensor light source drive circuit, Non-dispersive infrared gas sensor data acquisition and conditioning circuit is described in detail. In the system software, the design of lower level computer programs and PC program design is described in detail. Lower level computer program mainly consists of system initialization tasks, timing interrupt task, keyboard scan task, temperature data acquisition task, temperature control tasks, air pressure data acquisition task, gas data acquisition and processing tasks and serial interface communication tasks, etc. PC program mainly used to receive the gas data, the temperature and pressure data, so that the data can be display and store. In mechanical components, the design of an airtight insulation and pneumatic mechanically tunable test case is described.Finally, through the system testing, the result shows that the design of testing system can achieve the desired goals, and have good stability and precision. The testing system can be used in the new gas sensor model validation.
